With over 22 years in Human Resources, I've had the opportunity to work with companies of all sizes across a wide range of industries, from restaurants to staffing to construction and beyond. That variety has given me a well-rounded perspective on what businesses really need when it comes to their people.
Along the way, I earned my Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) certification, became a Notary Public in North Carolina, and am currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. Because understanding people is at the heart of everything I do in HR.
